7 STAGE RO SYSTEM WITH UV

Viruses and Bacteria are all over now a days. Some are in Air and some are in Water.

That is where 7 STAGE RO SYSTEM WITH UV comes in the picture.
While all of the RO system treated water are good quality of drinking water we also have a modified RO system incorporated with ULTRA VIOLET (UV).

Our tap water is a treated already by big RO Plants before it goes to our home, but before reaching out tank the water runs through the pipes and water is stored in our building or Villa water tanks for longer times, this time bacteria or microorganism can grow in the water.

7 Stage RO System with UV can give you a mineralized RO treated water with Ultra Violet which will kills the bacteria and microbes by passing the water into the rays of ultraviolet just before you use the water for cooking, washing vegetables and fruits and before you drink.

 This process is consist of 7 STAGES: 

1^st stage: Sediment Filter which 5 micron, this will remove sand, silt, dust and rust particles from the tap water.

2^nd stage: Granulated Activated Carbon which will absorb chlorine, bad odor, bad color and bad taste in the tap water (if there is any)

3^rd Stage: Carbon Block which is 1 micron filtration, whatever particles which is not being remove from 1^st and 2^nd stage, this CTO will filter this particles.

4^th Stage: RO Membrane this is a Thin Film RO Membrane which is having 0.001 micron that block contaminants block contaminants but allow water molecules to flow through. In osmosis, water becomes more concentrated as it passes through the membrane to obtain equilibrium on both sides. Reverse osmosis, however, blocks contaminants from entering the less concentrated side of the membrane, this process is possible with the help of the Booster Pump.

Pure water will go to the Pressure tank (which will serve as a storage) and reject water which is having the contaminants will go to drain line or called waste water line.

5^th Stage: Post Carbon Filter cartridge in this stage, the water will pass through this filter from the pressure tank to be filtered again before going to the next stage

6^th Stage: Post mineral this is consist of mineral balls which will gives back the natural minerals which our body needs.

7^th Stage RO SYSTEM WITH UV (Ultra Violet) this water sterilizer will kill and destroy micro- organisms, bacteria and viruses in the water.
